Order your Home Information Pack today and pay later. We are able to offer our customers our deferred payment option.
PSG is now able to offer our customers the ‘deferred payment option’. This allows you to order your Home Information Pack and defer the payment to a later date. We understand that times are difficult and have introduced this scheme to help customers market their property without immediately incurring the full cost of a HIP.
We work in conjunction with Close Payment Services (CPS) to allow us to offer you this option, here is a summary of the ‘deferred payment option’ ordering process.
- You place the order online or on the phone
- We will email you a secure link for you to complete the deferred payment agreement online
- Once received, CPS then take a £30 transaction fee from your debit/credit card
- We then continue to process your HIP.
When will you actually pay for your HIP?
The full amount will be due at the end of the nine month term or due immediately if your property is sold or taken off the market.
An additional credit charge of £50 will be added to the cost of the HIP if you choose to opt for the ‘deferred payment option’. Terms and conditions available on request.
